Hi Charles. Generally you'll get a faster response by posting on our forums but I did notice your comment. Take a look at the "Sample Collector" that comes with BillMinder. On the collectors tab, tap on the Sample Collector (or whatever you've renamed it to) and tap the History button. You'll see a list of bills. Find the sample bill that we put in by default and delete it. We've since removed this bill from the database since it was confusing users. Also, alerts show for any past due bill in addition to future ones within the alerts period.

Thanks!

I am having problems with Billminder alerts. I have set the alerts period to 1 week, yet I'm getting a message that I have "2 bills nearing or past the due date". The due dates for the only bills listed are actually 9 days and 13 days away from the due date.

When I choose a set period of 1 week in the settings, it seems to me I should not get an alert on a bill until 7 days before it's due. Even if I set the period to 1 day, there is a red 2 showing on the Billminder AP icon on the home screen.

Can you help me?
