We pushed PunchClock 1.1 to Apple last night. It adds an info bar to the top of the main view. This bar shows up when you punch in and shows when you punched in as well as how long you’ve been punched in.

HUGE thanks to the team at Apple for approving BillMinder 1.3.1 in less than a day. It should hit phones within a few hours.
Our biggest BillMinder update yet has been released to the App Store. This release adds password protection and additional fields like account number, confirmation number, and notes to BillMinder. Enjoy!
But it’s not yet on the App Store. Still Confused. Hopefully it shows up tomorrow.
Update: This was my fault. I lowered the price and didn’t notice the available drop down was set to December 2009.
We’ve just pushed BillMinder 1.3 to Apple for approval. Look for it on your phones soon. We’ve also updated BillMinder screenshots on return7.com so go check them out if you’re so inclined.
For some reason PunchClock’s disappeared from the App Store. We have no idea why but have sent an email to Apple asking for info. iTunes Connect shows “Ready for Sale” so we’re at a loss. If/when they approve 1.0.3 we’ll blog. It fixes a minor UI issue. Our other apps, BillMinder and CastCatcher are still available.

Apple has approved PunchClock 1.0.1. Version 1.0.2 is on the way with some UI fixes as well as a meaningful csv file name for downloaded reports. We intend on adding email functionality in the future (possibly version 1.1 or 1.2).
We’re just doing some final testing and putting the polish on BillMinder 1.3. We know it’s been a while in the making but sit tight — we want to release a quality product. Our goal is to deliver a build to Apple this weekend.
Apple has just approved PunchClock 1.0. We’re selling it at the low (limited time only!) price of $0.99 so go check it out if you want to save a little cash. Also, there’s one very minor bug (don’t try to delete the “Show another month” row!) but we’ve already pushed a fix to Apple. 1.0.1 should be out soon!
Here’s a demo video for PunchClock. Look for it soon on App Store at the introductory price of $0.99.
We’ve been working on BillMinder 1.3 for some time and brainstorming for major features in versions beyond 1.3. Here’s what’s coming in 1.3 so far (we might add more features):
- Password lock
- Confirmation and Account number fields on bills (notes if there’s room), Notes field on collectors
More to come but here’s a teaser screenshot to wet your appetites (and yes, this is already implemented):

You can lock BillMinder in version 1.3
We’ve been hard at work on PunchClock, our latest iPhone application. We just pushed the final 1.0 build to Apple. Don’t fret, we’ve also been working on BillMinder 1.3, which adds a ton of new (requested) features! We’re hoping to push this update to Apple very shortly.

Manage your time
Grab CastCatcher for under $1 US through tomorrow night!
Update: We’re extending the sale through Cyber monday due to demand!
CastCatcher 1.4.1 has been approved and should be available on the App Store shortly.
We pulled 1.4.1 and pushed a new build tonight to add a fix for a bug that showed its head with the new iPhone 2.2 firmware. Sorry for the delay but we felt it was necessary to push this fix as it is a stability issue.
- Fixed crash with iPhone firmware 2.2
- Improved SqueezeCenter support (caveats)
- Official AAC+ Support
This version fixes improves Squeezebox/Slimserver support. No other changes. There are some caveats, however, so please see this forum thread.
I’ve posted a list of new streams to be used with CastCatcher on the forums. Please update your list if you’re using any of the default streams. This will be the default list of stations if you remove and reinstall CastCatcher 1.3 (when/if it is approved by Apple, of course). If you remove CastCatcher to reinstall it, any stations you’ve added will be lost so make sure to keep track of them!
CastCatcher Internet Radio cannot be posted to the App Store because it is transferring excessive volumes of data over the cellular network, which as outlined in the iPhone SDK Agreement section 3.3.15, is prohibited
Right. Except for the fact that every other radio app works over cell network as well AND Apple has approved THREE prior releases of CastCatcher. We’ve emailed them and are hoping to resolve this quickly. CastCatcher does not burden cell networks any more than any other radio application. Ridiculous.
EDIT: We resubmitted and Apple approved CastCatcher and it’s been on the store some time. Thanks Apple!
