PlaceTagger Submitted to App Store!

And here are some fresh screenshots of the new UI:

Coming Soon: PlaceTagger

We are pleased to announce that our newest iPhone app, PlaceTagger, is nearing release.  PlaceTagger will geotag your photos with the place where each photo was taken.  Best of all, it will tag photos taken with any digital camera.

Have you been noticing that new Places feature in iPhoto 09, but never been able to really use it?  Now you can.  Are you a professional photographer tired of dealing with multiple devices and tons of GPX files?  Here’s your solution.  Are you tired of typing in each address for every photo before sharing on your favorite online site?  Now it’s simple.

What sets PlaceTagger apart from the competition is the ease of use.  You don’t have to remember what time you took each picture or deal with exporting/importing data files.  Just open up the (free) companion OSX App or Aperture Plug-In and let it do the work for you.  Of course, if you are in to exporting/importing data files, we support that as well, :D .

Here are some screen shots to wet your appetite:

PlaceTagger iPhone Recording Tab

PlaceTagger iPhone Advanced Settings Tab

PlaceTagger OSX

PlaceTagger Aperture Plug-In

Oh, and for our Windows friends out there.  A version of the companion app for Windows is currently under development.

PunchClock 1.2 Released

Go Grab it! Don’t forget to review it on the App Store!

PunchClock 1.1.1

PunchClock has been in Apple’s queue for a few days. Look for it on your phones soon. It addresses a crash upon deleting punches.

BillMinder Beta Testers Wanted!

We are now accepting applications for the newly created return7 Beta Program.  Please see this post in our forums for more information.

PunchClock 1.1 sent to Apple

We pushed PunchClock 1.1 to Apple last night. It adds an info bar to the top of the main view. This bar shows up when you punch in and shows when you punched in as well as how long you’ve been punched in.

Wow. BillMinder 1.3.1 Approved in 1 Day

HUGE thanks to the team at Apple for approving BillMinder 1.3.1 in less than a day. It should hit phones within a few hours.

BillMinder 1.3.1 bugfix released to Apple

As I’m sure most of you have realized, there is a nasty bug in BillMinder 1.3.  We were so concerned about making sure the new database update didn’t hose existing data, that we overlooked an issue with some of the new UI elements.  This issue is a display issue only, so don’t worry about it saving the incorrect data you may be seeing.  It has been fixed and released to Apple, so hopefully it will be in your hands shortly.  In the meantime, a possible workaround would be to close and reopen the app each time you want to view a different bill.  We sincerely apologize for the inconvience.

BillMinder 1.3 Released!

Our biggest BillMinder update yet has been released to the App Store. This release adds password protection and additional fields like account number, confirmation number, and notes to BillMinder. Enjoy!

PunchClock 1.0.3 approved by Apple

But it’s not yet on the App Store. Still Confused. Hopefully it shows up tomorrow.

Update: This was my fault. I lowered the price and didn’t notice the available drop down was set to December 2009.

BillMinder 1.3 out for Approval

We’ve just pushed BillMinder 1.3 to Apple for approval. Look for it on your phones soon. We’ve also updated BillMinder screenshots on return7.com so go check them out if you’re so inclined.

PunchClock Disappears from App Store

For some reason PunchClock’s disappeared from the App Store. We have no idea why but have sent an email to Apple asking for info. iTunes Connect shows “Ready for Sale” so we’re at a loss. If/when they approve 1.0.3 we’ll blog. It fixes a minor UI issue. Our other apps, BillMinder and CastCatcher are still available.

Update: This was my fault. I lowered the price and didn’t notice the available drop down was set to December 2009.

PunchClock 1.0.1 released, 1.0.2 on the Way

Apple has approved PunchClock 1.0.1. Version 1.0.2 is on the way with some UI fixes as well as a meaningful csv file name for downloaded reports. We intend on adding email functionality in the future (possibly version 1.1 or 1.2).

BillMinder 1.3 Almost Ready

We’re just doing some final testing and putting the polish on BillMinder 1.3. We know it’s been a while in the making but sit tight — we want to release a quality product. Our goal is to deliver a build to Apple this weekend.

PunchClock 1.0 Released

Apple has just approved PunchClock 1.0. We’re selling it at the low (limited time only!) price of $0.99 so go check it out if you want to save a little cash. Also, there’s one very minor bug (don’t try to delete the “Show another month” row!) but we’ve already pushed a fix to Apple. 1.0.1 should be out soon!

PunchClock Demo Video

Here’s a demo video for PunchClock. Look for it soon on App Store at the introductory price of $0.99.

BillMinder 1.3 in the Works

We’ve been working on BillMinder 1.3 for some time and brainstorming for major features in versions beyond 1.3. Here’s what’s coming in 1.3 so far (we might add more features):

- Password lock

- Confirmation and Account number fields on bills (notes if there’s room), Notes field on collectors

More to come but here’s a teaser screenshot to wet your appetites (and yes, this is already implemented):

You can lock BillMinder in version 1.3

PunchClock Submitted for Approval

We’ve been hard at work on PunchClock, our latest iPhone application. We just pushed the final 1.0 build to Apple. Don’t fret, we’ve also been working on BillMinder 1.3, which adds a ton of new (requested) features! We’re hoping to push this update to Apple very shortly.
